Re-Wind are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. In such cases we offer the returns facilities described below.
If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of delivery for credit or refund provided that you return the goods as sold in pristine condition in their unopened original packaging with all components and accessories. Goods must be complete, unused, and in as new condition; for example, if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way and must be repackaged as received.
You must notify us of your intention to return the goods by contacting us within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Re-Wind cannot accept responsibility for returned items which are lost in transit. The customer should, therefore, ensure that adequate insurance cover has been taken out on any product being returned to us.
If we have sent you a product you did not order (an "incorrect" product), please call our Sales Team as soon as possible to resolve the issue. (see contact us).
In the unlikely event that you have a faulty product upon receipt, or within 28 days of delivery, we will offer you a choice of a replacement or refund. For the remaining part of the warranty, we will normally offer to repair or replace the product.
In order to offer a high quality and low cost delivery, Re-Wind can only deliver items delivered via Courier to UK Mainland (excluding Jersey, Guernsey, Southern Ireland and Highlands of Scotland). This is unfortunately due to the high cost of delivery, items delivered using Royal Mail service we can delivery to the exlcluded locations.
Please note that if you are paying via PayPal the "Ship To" address MUST be the same as your confirmed address in PayPal.
For low value items, we usually send your order via Royal Mail 2nd Class - please allow 3-5 working days for delivery to the UK.
Larger items, or large quantities are dispatched using Royal Mail Parcelforce next day service, and are usually delivered the following day. Please note that parcelforce deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for your order, a delivery card will be left for you which will give you details of when your item will be re-delivered or where you should go to collect.
Please note we cannot be held liable or provide recompense for deliveries which exceed the time frame stated above.
For paid orders received before 2:00pm Monday-Friday, we aim for 90% of orders to be prepared, picked and packed, ready for dispatch the same day. For orders received after 2:00pm, we try to ship the same day, but they may be picked and dispatched the next working day.
Parcelforce deliver Monday to Friday excluding public bank holidays.
